1. HOSPITALITY HOUSEKEEPING IN-CHARGE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the housekeeping department's daily operations, which include correctly cleaning all offices, public spaces, and bedrooms. 
• Coordinating, planning, and leading team members to guarantee the most significant level of patient satisfaction and hygienic standards throughout the hospital. 
• Continuously monitor, inspect, and uphold daily cleanliness standards in every part of the facility.
• Supervision of all housekeeping employees at The Putra Medical Center Hospital daily. 
• Acquire, order, and keep track of inventory and cleaning supplies. 
• Hire, assign, and train all new housekeeping employees. 
• Should attend all meetings, including monthly team meetings, health and safety meetings, and infection prevention and control meetings. 
• Oversee the staff scheduling (HRIS) systems, the housekeeping budget, and the holidays. 
• For the hospital to run smoothly, keep a cost control mechanism for supplies, linen, and cleaning materials.
• Requests from other departments to coordinate cleaning staff must be quickly followed up and routed to the appropriate individuals. 
• To keep an eye on the linen receiving and exporting procedures 
• to carry out quality control on fresh linen from the designated vendor or vendors and clean linen obtained from outsourced laundry services. 
• To take inventory of linens. 
• To keep an eye on and preserve positive working relationships with providers of linen, window cleaning, cleaning supplies, general and clinical waste, and an outside business for deep cleaning 
• Maintain the highest standards for behavior, safety, and cleanliness.
